Dear all:
I have a hard time to do the phasing of a 3D TROSY-HNCA data. Could
someone give me some suggestion on how to phase the 3D TROSY-HNCA
type data? I searched the archives, but couldn't find an answer.
The data was collected using Bruker spectrometer and processed
by NMRPipe. Based on the pulse program, States-TPPI for Ca and
Echo-antiecho for 15N were used for the data converting. The processed
data looks fine except the wrong phase in both 1H and 13C dimensions.
