Director of NMR Facilities, Department of Chemistry, Temple University
The NMR Facility in the Department of Chemistry, Temple University
has an immediate opening for a facilities director. The Facility
consists of three spectrometers including a GE QE-300, a Bruker
Avance 400 and an Ge omega 500MHz NMR instruments. Duties
include maintenance and operation of the facility , training graduate
students and postdoctoral associates, and application support to
solve structural problems in all areas of Chemistry . It is
anticipated that sufficient discretionary time to pursue ones own NMR
problems will be available. A Ph.D., MS or equivalent experiences in
the physical scienses and knowledge of modern NMR Techniques is
required. Applicants should send a resume and arrange for three
