I am trying to modify my .login file so that the display server will be set
automatically to the remote computer from which I logged in the SUN
computer.
I contacted SUN software support. They told me use 'uname -n' to identify
the name of the remote host, but 'uname -n' gives the hostname of the SUN
computer, not the remote computer from which I logged in. I tried to search
the SUN online manual and did not find the command which returns the remote
hostname or IP address.
Can you tell me what command I should use to get the name of the remote
computer from which I logged in the SUN computer.
Thanks a lot.
