Hi all.
Ok. forgive me all you protein folks out there, but just getting back
into them now after a long hiatus in small molecules. Ive been told DEPT
with 135 deg final proton pulse is great for doing c13 of proteins. Just
out of curiousity, has any one done much comparisons on relative s/n of
using this versus normal one pulse with 90 deg pulses. Im getting about
the same s/n, even though im sure all the pulses are calibrated right,
cause the editting functions seem to work nice and clean if used for that.
Any experiences or suggestions will be appreciated. thanks.

Herb
