Portrait Printing from Varian Software

I am trying to print in the portrait mode from an Inova spectrometer to an
HP LaserJet 6P. I can successfully print in the the portrait mode (set
plotter type to LaserJet_600), but the spectra always come out in the middle
of the page, that is about half way up from the bottom.

Does anybody know how to having it start printing at the bottom of the page
in portrait mode?
