I have a colleague here who is keen to measure the thermodynamic
parameters of exchanging systems using NMR bandshape analysis. Has anyone
got any recommendations on which program to use for this purpose?
The spectrometer I'll use is a Bruker DPX400 with an SGI O2. We mainly
use Macs in the department, but we also have one new Sun, a couple of
other O2s, and a few old PCs. Any program adaptation would have to be
done by muggins.
