Hi,
Our solid state attachment on the ARX500 doesn't have enough power to
decouple protons for an experiment we would like to do. Only have a BLAH
100.
The sample is a dipeptide on a MBHA resin on 50 um polystyrene spheres.
We would like a 13C spectrum with 1H decoupling.
Has anyone done this experiment or would be willing to run this sample
for us. Additionally, does anyone know if a IR would work in pellet form
or surface reflectance? Thanks
