Hi Adil,
If the error light follows the board, it's a good indicator that the
board is faulty and that the shim system is not the source of the problem.
Additionally - if the 6.3 ohm resistance was too far from the expected value,
when you swapped shim boards you would have seen the red light on the other board.
I don't think 10% is too far off the expected resistance. If that
shim circuit were either shorted or open I would expect problems but if it's
just a little low it's likely okay. Based on the results of the two tests,
a replacement shim board is the next thing I would try.
