Hi all,
We have an old(er) Bruker AC300 console with a B-SN 18 that has started giving
an error code 301which means the system thinks the helium heater/sensor is
always on, i.e. sending/leaking current. The magnet is a Bruker 300MHz.
I have disconnected the probe and reset the system, but within a few minutes
the error returns. I have also swapped out the helium level board and that
did not solve the problem either. Just wondering if this is something anyone
has seen and dealt with...you may have to go back in your memory banks a ways.
I thought I'd start here first...not sure how likely it is that Bruker will
have anyone familiar with these older systems?
Thanks,
