Dear AMMRL members,

Since the beginning of June we have been using a web based walkup system created by me during the lockdown. This system, named QWalkup, consists of: a web interface which keeps track of the experiments and a program which performs the experiments. The web interface runs on an Apache web server and is written in Python3 (cgi scripts). The program runs in the VnmrJ foreground and is written in Magical and Python. Users can create experiments via the web interface on their own workstations.
So far more than about 4000 experiments have been measured with QWalkup. Over here NMR personnel is putting the tubes in the sample changers, but QWalkup is also suitable for different workflows.
Is anyone interested in using QWalkup? Maybe I can tidy things up, write a small manual and publish it on github or something like that. For more info visit: http://linuxnmr02.chem.rug.nl/qwalkup_info.

Best regards,
