Hello all,

We are having problem running 1H decoupled experiment on our Bruker Avance DRX300. All other experiments that do not turn on the 1H decoupling are fine (correct 90 degree pulses for both 1H and 13C, sensitivity for 1H and 13C ASTM sample meet specification). Many years ago we had similar problem and it was the problem in the PTS620 unit. However, this problem may be caused by other parts in the console. I wonder if you have had similar problem and what you did to fix it.

If the problem is with the PTS620, a new one is very expensive, do you know a good source of a refurbished one?

Thanks in advance!
