AMMRL: amplifier "brick" repair

Hello Everyone;

     Our Inova 500 is really beginning to show it's age. We may have to have a
low-band "brick" of our Herley-AMT amplifier (model#3900-11) repaired.
Several years ago when I talked to Herley-AMT they said this would take
several months! Does anyone know a faster and reasonably cheap alternative?
