Dear All
Does anyone have any suggestions for an NMR experiment that can be used to illustrate host-guest interactions, specifically via NOESY & ROESY? I'm looking for something that can be pitched at 3rd / 4th year level that can be used to demonstrate the use of NOESY & ROESY for enzyme-substrate docking interactions (but without using expensive reagents).
I'll post a follow-up of replies if anyone else is interested in the topic.
