We are using Bruker TOPSPIN (both v2 and v3). We try to set up an AU
program to do some automatic process for quality control purpose. We
like to calibrate an integral in the reference spectrum, then get the
integral values in a serial of spectra according to the calibration. In
the interactive mode, we can calibrate the integral to a value in the
reference. Is there a command can be used in the AU program for this
action? What about a command for "Use lastscale for calibration" as in
the interactive mode? Thanks.
