AMMRL: 15N tuning problem

We are experiencing difficulty tuning our Bruker Avance 400 for 15N. The system runs Topspin 2.1 pl4 and has an ATM multielement probe. When the spectrometer was installed (with XWin, before my tenure), the usual 15N specta were run and included in the acceptance documents. To the best of my knowledge, no one has run 15N since.

When we try to tune, we get an error message "could not select probe channels". This also happens when I try to tune "manually" (atmm). Interestingly, when I wobb, it appears to be well tuned and matched. In spite of this, we get no signal when we attempt to collect data.

I suspect that there is some small thing that I am missing that is causing a problem, and would like some input.

Thank you.
