We have a need to run multiple quantum coherence and multiple quantum
filtered 1D experiments as per Sorensen, Levett and Ernst, JMR
55,104-113(1983). We would like to get separate single, double and triple
quantum spectra for a Si29 enriched silicate solution. We are running
these on a Varian INOVA system (VNMR6.1C).
While we have put together a sequence according to the mentioned paper, we
have run in to problems with filtering of the single quantum coherences
when running the double and triple quantum experiments. The multiple
quantum filtered single quantum spectrum also shows multiple quantum signals.
It may be as simple as changing our phase cycling. If any of you have any
suggestions or better yet a VNMR pulse sequence we could sure use the help.
