Hi Folks:

For routine maintenance of our 400 MHz INOVA spectrometer, I would like to
include the monitoring and tune/match adjustment of our 4-nucleus
autoswitchable probe. Does anyone know if it is better to tune to a
particular sample/solvent or to tune with no sample in the probe? The
INOVA is our "workhorse" instrument and so we see a wide range of solvents,
both polar and non-polar alike.

Your input is appreciated.
