Price Structure for running samples

Hi :

We have been approched by one of the companys to run Proton and Carbon
spectra for them.Does sombody know how much one has to charge to run a
Proton and/or Carbon spectra. Whats the normal practice. Do you charge by
the sample or by the hour.
