Price for a Gemini spectrometer

Dear Colleagues,

we will be receiving a donated 200 MHz Gemini Varian spectrometer with
Varian R2D2 magnet, shims and a proton/carbon probe. The spectrometer is
about 10 years old, has been rarely used and was under service contract
for the total time. For the tax write off at the company, I need to
estimate the fair market value. Could you please give me your idea, what
price you would assess?
