We used isopropyl alcohole (isopropanole) for cleaning. After that we dried with
N2-gas.
But our inserts were not glas-supported, they are "fixed free" in space.

The use of an ultrasonic bath was not recomended by VARIAN (but the BRUKER experts did
so).
