AMMRL: Windows drag-drop into TopSpin 3.6.5

I'm missing something. When I try to drag a zip file into TopSpin, it just
shows me the "No Entry" can't drop icon, and then nothing happens. It's the
first time I've used TopSpin on my computer rather than on the spectrometer
(where this works fine). What am I missing?
