NMR sample not ejecting

We have a Bruker Avance III 300 MHZ and noticed that the sample would not
eject. In addition, the following error message was shown as well as the
BSMS stating that the sample was "missing" (see below).

Is there a way to retrieve the sample tube? Can I increase the airflow, and
if so, how do I do this?
