AMMRL: Pulse breakthrough in Prodigy probes

Hi everyone,

After the recent installation of a new Bruker Avance Neo 500 with a
Prodigy probe in our lab, I noticed that many spectra display a rolling
baseline.  This is most noticeable in spectra that require a large
number of scans. It is apparently due to pulse breakthrough which,
according to Bruker's hotline support, could be removed by increasing
the delay "de" from 1*dw to 2*dw or higher. The problem is that after
2*dw the phase of the spectrum is almost impossible to correct, and even
with 4*dw the baseline is still not completely flat.  I am new to
Prodigy probes, so my questions are:

1) Is this a common occurrence with Prodigy probes?  Is it acceptable or
should the probe be serviced?
2) Is there an easy way for regular users to easily avoid or remove this
artifact?

As an example, the following is the C13 spectrum of atropine 3 mM in
CDCl3 with ns=3000 and de=2*dw. (If the image is not displayed, it can
