Neil,
There is a company out of Oregon that represents Schomandl and can get you a requisition to have it shipped to the factory in Germany for repair. I did this and it worked out fine and was not too expensive.

Subject: AMMRL: Schomandl frequency synthesizer for DRX-600
Happy New Year!
Our DRX-600 has been down for months now due to failure of the Schomandl frequency synthesizer. The model is ND-T, a 3-channel synthesizer with 1000 MHz maximum on each channel. I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can obtain a working unit. If you have retired a DRX-600 system, I would be interested if you could donate or sell your Schomandl. Otherwise, any information about a source for these units or a repair option would be greatly appreciated.
Neil
