Our Mercury Vx-300 has suddenly stopped working. Sometimes I get an error: Rcvr 0: Number of points acquired is 0 less than np. There is no lock signal. I do have control over the spinner and eject/insert. There is no signal coming out of the reference generator board. The voltages in the power supply are fine. When we try to start an experiment, it will count down in seconds to completion, but will never go past the first scan. Any suggestions?
