A Research Associate position is immediately available at the Yerkes Imaging Center, Yerkes National Primate Research Center, Emory University.

The Yerkes Imaging Center has well-established facilities equipped with state-of-the-art-imaging equipments including a Bruker 7T scanner (BioSpec 70/30), a Siemens whole body scanner (3T Trio), and two Siemens micro PET. The primary responsibility of the position is the operation of the Bruker 7T scanner and the development and application of various MRI protocols for small animal imaging. Applicants should have a PhD and expertise in MRI or NMR or related disciplines, and be highly motivated to explore multidisciplinary researches. Also, candidates must have excellent communication and ability to interact with MRI users. Previous animal MRI experiences are preferred.
