All,
I'm considering replacing our two NMR spectrometers - a 200 MHz solid-state and a 400 MHz solution- with a narrow bore 500 MHz solutions spectrometer with solid-state capability.
Are there any advantages/disadvantages to having this type of system (for example, spectrum quality, etc.) when compared to having separate instruments?
Also, for anyone who has this dual-type setup, what's been your experience- how reliable/durable is it?
