AMMRL: Setting PID parameters on Highland Tech VT controller; issue solved

I was able to get the required information to allow setting of the vt
PID parameters from VNMRj - it requires a bit of coding, but not too
much. If anyone wants the details, please let me know.

I want to thank Rich Shoemaker, and especially Rolf Kyburz and Steve
McKenna for the information needed to address the issue.
