Dear all,
Some time ago we run the H2BC experiment using the pulse program ("h2bc_two") provided in the web page of the Carlsberg center (www.crc.dk). We run it on our Bruker Avance instrument under Topspin 1.3 with very good results.
Now after upgrading to Topspin 2.1 we find the pulse program not compatible with the new Topspin pulse program sintaxis.
We have tried the Bruker-supplied pulse program ("h2bcetgpl3") with 13C shaped pulses without good results (we obtain too many signals, not only two bond correlations).
Has anybody else had this problem and could suggest us a solution?
