John,
I really appreciate you looking for me. For reasons I can't explain, I
thought I had found it electronically once, obviously I am thinking of
something else.
Question, one of our AMMRL members asked me if I happed to find out where
and when this paper was originally published, he wold appreciate it, so I
will ask you. Do you know if Dr. Pearson ever publish this in a journal or
elsewhere? I know the date of publication, I do have the first page.

I will hunt thru some of my old files for a printed copy.
When Gerry wrote it up, he was using "PC-Write", which is a DOS word
processing program.
When Gerry retired, I saved all the old computer files on zip discs, but it
has been 6 years, so I will
have to search thru a bunch of stored boxes.
