  Dear AMMRL Members,

  =20

We would like to purchase a new or used 300 MHz console for animal =
MRI/NMR research. We have a 7.0T/210mm Magnex magnet, Magnex 120 mm =
shielded gradients, a CPC 1 kW 1H RF amplifier, a Copley 256 gradient =
amplifier rack and a RRI shim power supply. We need the digital and =
low-level RF components to complete this system. Possible consoles =
include new or used Bruker Avance DBX and Varian Inova and MRI consoles, =
as well as similar products from other vendors.

We have the following equipment to trade in toward the =
purchase of the 300 MHz console:

  =20

    1.. A complete 1.9T / 310 mm Bruker ABX Biospec MRI, including =
Oxford magnet, Bruker BGA20 gradients, Bruker console and several Bruker =
coils=20
2.. A GE Signa console customized for preclinical (animal) MRI.=20
3.. Other MRI/NMR hardware and spare parts, including two Wavetek =
sweep generators, nine Techron 8607 gradient amplifiers and numerous =
spare parts for the GE Signa console.=20
  =20

We are also interested in the possibility of trading our (unshielded) =
Magnex 7T / 210mm magnet for a new or used shielded 9.4T / 210mm or =
11.7T / 210mm magnet. The trade in could also include any of the =
hardware described above. We would then also need to buy a suitable 400 =
MHz or 500 MHz MRI/NMR console in lieu of the 300 MHz console. I would =
appreciate your suggestions on how to conduct this trade so that NIH =
gets the best animal MRI system for the least cost.

  =20

                          Best regards,

  =20
