Has anyone any thoughts on static charge around high stray field
magnets. Does the magnetic field encourage static electricity to charge
door knobs, consoles, people, cryostats and etc.? I have been getting a
lot of static shocks in one of our labs since we added another magnet
there. One of them is an old Oxford 300Mhz wide bore with very high
stray fields.

Thanks
