I have written notes that are posted on our web site for AVANCE to VNMR
conversion:
http://cic.chem.wisc.edu/nmr/Guides/BAVUG-TOC.html
The early instructions are specific to conversion of data acquired at
NMRFAM converted for our facility, but after that the notes are applicable
for anyone. You will need lsbru from the vnmr userlib. lsbru left
shifts the data and does appropriate 1st order phase correction to
getting around the Bruker digital filtering.
Is there a way in XwinNMR to get around having to do lsbru (ie. a command
that accurately removes the filter)? Someone at Bruker once told me there
was an XwinNMR command to do this, but I have been unable to find it.
I cannot state that the conversion I have posted is bullet proof for all
types of data. We've tried only a few data sets, but on those it seemed to
work ok.
Cheers,
Charlie Fry
