Does anyone have a spare HPPR XBB preamp, circa early 2000's?

Hi-

We find that our HPPR XBB preamp appears to be out, and the easiest way
to confirm that would be if there is a spare out there anywhere that may
have been kept from an old installation. If you might be able to help us
out, it would be much appreciated.
