Hello AMMRL'ers,

Thank you all for your quick and thorough responses.  We are going
to replace the 22psi pressure relief valve first, as many of you
suggested.

Another suggestion was to push the liquid through via an external
N2 gas tank, which we thought about doing, but instead used a
different tank to complete our fills.

To answer some of your other questions:
--we do not have a pressure builder valve on this tank
--the tank was not transported from the cold MN air; it has a home
inside our building and is filled weekly the day prior to our
magnet fills
--there was no ice buildup on the outside of the tank
--the NMR magnets (at least the one we checked) did not appear to
have ice blockages

Best regards,

--
