Wow! There is a lot of interest. For simplicity, you may download it from my
Dropbox. Our new numbers are not included in the average and compilation, but
I have included them as a separate tab. We anticipate our new rates to
be temporary and will be doubled in two years.

Thank you to everyone who shared their rates with me. It was extremely helpful
in making the changes that we needed.

Some asked if I would share the numbers that I collected. If you are interested
in the excel sheet, please let me know and I will send it to you.

Many thanks!
Kristin
