Hi all,
Our Prodigy CryoProbe for NEO-500 is due for the first "20k" service. My
question is to those who have been using the Prodigy probes and already
underwent required biannual maintenance of the Prodigy platform. Do we
have to use Bruker for this service or it makes sense to hire a third
party NMR company to perform this maintenance in order to save money?
Any recommendations will be appreciated.
