AMMRL: TOPSPIN data management

Dear Colleagues,

My former colleague Rainer Haessner (TUM, Bavarian NMR Center) advised me to
send the following question to this mailing list.

 

We want to optimize our NMR data management and wondered, if there is some
kind of post-acquisition hook or event like “onAquisitionFinished” where we
could tie our scripts to, that move the data to the appropriate server
location. The reason for solving this with own scripts is the
incompatibility of the Topspin’s/IconNMR’s folder structure with the one,
which exists on the server side.
