Hello,

Recently, we saw a problem regulating probe temperature on our 400MHz NMR. Inside TopSpin window, the Probe temperature status is indicating 'no probe channel' error

When trying regulate temperature, a VTU error would pop up: Operation without probehead heater channel.

The heater cable connection to the probe seems have no problem. Data acquisition at room temperature is not affected. IconNMR Automation works just fine, including auto tuning/matching, shimming etc.

Bruker technical support has been very helpful for the troubleshooting. But, before we place order of the part suggested by Bruker, I'd like to hear from our NMR community. Maybe some of you encountered this problem before. Thank you in advance for your inputs and suggestions.

Best,
