Thought I'd see if anybody can help us out before we really start digging into the console. We have a 1.5 year old 500 MHz DD2 running Vnmrj3.2A which has no signal for lock, 1H, and none for the other nuclei through protune. I was functioning this morning. Have tried the usual including 'su acqproc' reboot, power cycle computer and console, as well as, a setacq. None of these helped. Did notice that even with su acqproc, I did not see it cycle on the remote status like normally (i.e. the green phase LEDs cycle through), but it still ran a 1H. Also noticed that the LEDs on the 'channel cards' never stopped cycling even during an acquisition (these are the cards in the right cabinet on the right side). Any help would be appreciated.
