If you are looking for spectra of metabolites, images of the processed
spectra are available at BMRB (www.bmrb.wisc.edu), look under
metabolomics. 1H 1D, 13C 1D, 1H-13C HSQC 2D, 1H-1H TOCSY, and DEPT
spectra are available for ~250 compounds. The time-domain data also are
available.
For proteins and nucleic acids there are time-domain spectra being
deposited for entries from the structural genomics projects (>50 entries
so far). The majority of these spectra are multidimensional. The FIDS
can be downloaded, processed and visualized using your favorite software.
There has been great resistance within the community in forcing the
deposition of time-domain data, although BMRB has the disc space to
accommodate these large datasets.
