Hello fellow spinners,
I have some money to buy automation equipment for our new Varian NMR
spectrometer. An IFC probe was purchased with the spectrometer.
We are interested in automating data acquisition for metabonomic research
(urine, plasma, etc). The question to all of you is whether there is a
distinct preference for either the flow mode or tube mode for these types
of biological samples. The choices would be the VAST system versus SMS
utilizing 3 mm tubes. Any thought on the best route to go for this
application (flow vs. tube) and how well does the 3 mm tubes work with
Varian's SMS?
Thank you!
