cancel salaryguy question

My first "no" vote for a backup salaryguy has persuaded me that no one
needs historical data, only current data, so if something happens to me
someone else would have to do it and there would really be nothing lost.

Perhaps next time I will pass the torch to someone else. I do enjoy being
of service to my colleagues by doing this, but I can't use the survey
results to help myself. I was on the committee that drafted SIU's policy on
salary adjustment based on equity and the language in there prohibits the
use of survey data that may be tainted by the person seeking the adjustment.

However, upon further review, I do not think that my own low salary is
adequate grounds for asking you AMMRL members to spread your trust thinner
than it needs to be spread. I withdraw the question about sharing the raw
data with another individual.

Over the weekend, I will figure out how to make the graphs. As I recall, I
had to import from Excel to Word and then save as gif from Word, but I was
too tired last night to figure it out.
