user guide for an Bruker AC NMR

Hi All,

We have an old Bruker AC200 that we acquired from a university a few years ago.
We are trying to get money to replace the console, but we are stuck using the
old console for a while longer. I was wondering if any of you had written up
a guide for student users and wouldn't mind sharing it with me.
