The time has come to volunteer your services for our meeting at ENC.
Marc terHorst (terhorst_at_email.unc.edu) has kindly volunteered to
organize things, so please reply to him.
Our topic this year will be "the ultimate NMR Facility" most of us will
never be in the position to design a facility from scratch, but this
info could be useful evenin remodeling (" but the consensus of NMR lab
managers worlwide is that the NMR lab not be next door to the elevator")
We would like two people to get the ball rolling: and academic type,
and and industrial type. Each of you would speak for only about 10-15
minutes- to just cover the hightlights and get the ball rolling. Then,
we can discuss/debate in a large group and then in smaller groups.
In addition to the two main speakers, we need some discussion group
leaders- just to take notes mostly. Having more than 5 or 6 groups in
the chapel will be too noisy, so the first 6 groups with leaders are the
ones we wil have. Here is a list of possibilities, or invent a new
group.
Please send all volunteer nominations (yourself or others) to Marc at
the address above.
thanks,
kas
