Dear AMMRL,
I am going to analyze molecules by 1H/13C NMR but these molecules have been partially 14C or 3H labeled.
What is the influence of isotopes on 1H/13C NMR spectrum (coupling constants...)?
Is it possible to observe 3H nucleus by NMR?
What kind of safety requirement may I use to manipulate 14C or 3H labeled molecules (special NMR tubes, probes...)
