Dear Colleagues,

I would like perform proton NMR of a racemate having only one chiral center
in order to measure the ratio of the two enantiomers.

I know that there are some chiral reagents that, coupled to one function,
generates a couple of diastereoisomers that could be investigated by NMR.

The compound has a primary amine function.

I don't have any experience in that field, and I would be grateful is
someone could give me the reference of some relevant papers on that topic.

Best regards

Francois
