A possible prototype might be the GE "Omega Orphans" directory that I
maintain:

It is publicly accessible, but the members had the choice of whether
to be listed and how much information would be displayed.

It only took a few hours to contruct the web page "by hand" from e-mail
submissions. For a larger group like AMMRL a standardized input
form would be very helpful. Probably an HTML-based form would be the
easiest. Entries should be be manually reviewed for glitches.

Keeping the directory up to date is another matter....
