Hi,

Can any of you please share with me what symptoms you have experienced when
needing to replace a ref-gen board?

I have a 500MHz VNMRS running VNMRJ 3.2 with very intermittent failures to
find lock or poor shimming, even with very nice lineshape and accurate lock
phase. We have already replaced the lock tranciever, this did not fix the
issue. Changing the lock powers for some of the solvents in the probe file
seemed to help for a while, though the problem seems to come and go. The
probe is clean.

On a different instrument when the ref-gen board needed to be replaced I could
see the lock being lost real-time in the lock scan interactive mode. I am not
seeing the lock level dropping on its own real-time in this case.

I am grateful for any insights or shared experiences.

Best Regards,
