We recently had a helium recovery system installed by Quantum Tech but have had numerous problems and breakdowns. Quantum tech had told us that they had a lot of experience designing these systems for NMR and had installed quite a number throughout the US. Could you let me know if you have any of their systems in your NMR facilities and whether you have experienced any problems?
